RESOLUTION NO.~
RESOLUTION OF INTENTION OF THE TIBURON
CITY COUNCIL TO RECLASSIFY CERTAIN PROPERTY
BE IT RESOLVED:
THAT the City Council of ehe City of Tiburon does hereby declare its intention
to reclassify that certain real property fronting on the east side of 'Centro
West Street, consisting of approximately 1.67 acres, more particularly described
as Assessor's parcel numbers 59-071-19, 59-071-20 and 59-071-33, from zone classi-
fication R-2, to R-P-2, Planned Residential, Two Family District
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the Planning Commission is requested at its next succeeding meeting follow-
ing the ,'ldoption of this Resolution, to set: the time '~lnd pl:1cC for public hC.:lring
as required by law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council of the City of Tiburon on
the 23rd day of May
