hlHERE.^S, a Final H2p of Tiburon Knolls Unit No.3 has been submitted to the City
Council for approval and;
TlJ-1ERE:S, the !c1ministrator of the Department of Lands and Improvements and the
City Engineer have certified that said maD complies uith the requirements of the
State Subdivision Map ~ct 2nd of Ordinance No. 51 of the City of Tiburon;
NO'! THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED:
That the map of Tiburon Knolls Unit No. 3 be accepted and approved for recording; 2~1
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the offer of dedication of the foll01Jing named streets
uithin said subdivision is hereby accepted:
STS1f.;^ RT DRIVE
and that the offer of dedication of all otr2rs is hereby rejected,
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the Nayor and CIer}I: of the Tiburon City Council shall
sign said map on behalf of the City of Tiburon; 2nd
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the T-1ayor am the City Manager are authorized to exec1'
