RESOLUTION NO. 113
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
ACCEPTING OFFER OF CONVEYANCE

WHEREAS, the Tiburon Peninsula Chamber of Commerce has offered, for
the consideration of One and 00/100 ($1.00) Dollar, to convey to the City
of Tiburon the Bus Shelter located on the Easterly side of Tiburon Boule-
vard, near its intersection with Main Street, along with the easement
heretofore granted to the said Chamber of Commerce by the Division of
Highways of the State of California;
NOW, THEREFORE, IT IS HEREBY RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
That the said conveyance is hereby accepted, with the appre-
ciation of the City Council of the City of Tiburon.
