The City ~ouncil of the City of Tituron d08S hereby resolve
as follows:
(1) That the Hayor of the ~ity of Tiburon is directed to ~xe-

Charl1e Inn, purs~ant to the prOV1S10ns of Sect10n 2420~ of the
California Business and Professions Code and to irrmlediately file
said l'.-ccusation with the D~partment of r icoholic Beverage Control of
the State of Cnlifornia. L copy or the aforesaid Accusation is at-
tached to this Resolut~on as ~xhibit A.
(2) That pursuant to th-= provisions or the said Section 24203
of the Business and Professions Code, and on the basis of the contin-
~ing and l?ers is tent, viola tion~ of law, 0 as filore pa~ticular ~l set forth
