RESOLUTION NO. 130
A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE TRANSFER OF REVENUES
BETWEEN FUNDS
WHEREAS, the City Council did, on August 8, 1966 adopt a municipal
budget for the fiscal year 1966-1967; and
WHEREAS said budget did require the transfer of certain revenues,
upon receipt and after the accrual or payment of certain expenses, from the
fund of receipt to the fund of expenditure; and
WHEREAS the City Council did, by minute order adopted on 14 November
1966, express its intent to make omnibus provision for such budgeted transfers;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS ORDERED:
THAT, as funds are received and expenditures made, the following
transfers in compensation for such expenditures may be made by the City Mananger:
From the State Purpose Fund to the General or Capital
Outlay Funds, an amount not to exceed $38,700;
From the Traffic Safety Fund to the General Fund, an
amount not to exceed $4,500;
From the Storm Drainage Fund to the General Fund, an
amount not to exceed $1,668;
From the Gas Tax Fund, 2107 monies, to the General Fund,
an amount not to exceed $1~,100.
From the Gas Tax Fund, 186.1 to the. Cap i tal . '".
Outlay Fund, an amount not to exceed $33,980;
From the Gas Tax Fund, 2107.5 monies, to the General Fund
or Capital Outlay Fund, an amount not to exceed $4,400;
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tiburon held on
28 November
, 1966, by the following vote:

COUNCILMEN: Bremer, Drohan, Fanning, Strawbridge, Hoffmire
