RESOLUTION NO. 140
A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING A Mi\STER BENEFITS PLAN WITHIN THE
FRAMEWORK OF THE PERSONNEL SYSTEM OF THE CITY OF TIBURON.
WHEREAS Ordinance No. 72 requires that a Master Benefits Plan be
adopted as part of the Personnel System of the City of Tiburon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
1. The benefits which the City may, in whole or in part,
extend to its officers and employees from time to time, in accordance with
the current Annual Salary Program, may be any or all of the following:
a. Participation in the State Employees Retirement
System (S.E.R.S.).
b. Participation in a major medical insurance program
under California Physicians Service (C.P.S.) contract.
c. Group Life Insurance program.
a. Participation in the Federal Social Security program, (O.A.S.l.;.
e. Workman's Compensation Insurance.
2. The conditions of participation, when the Annual Salary
Program so provides, shall be in accordance with the regulations and contracts
of each benefit.program.
3. Qualification to participate in benefit plans shall be
established in Personnel Regulations.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tiburon held on February 27, 1967, by the following vote:

COUNCILMEN: Bremer, Drohan, Fanning, Strawbridge, Hoffmire
NOES:
COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT:
COUNCILMEN: None
