RESOLUTION NO. 143
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TIBllrrON DEFINING AND ESTABLISHING A
STOP INTERSECTION AND NO PARKING AP~AS AT THE INTERSECTION OF
TIBURON BOULDVARD. MAIN STREET AND PAt'\ADISE DRIVE.
The City Council of the City of Tiburon does hereby resolve as
follows:
Section 1. Through Street and Stop Intersection
The intersection of Tiburon Boulevard, Main Street and Paradise Drive
is hereby defined as a Through Street and Stop Intersection so as to stop
traffic as follows:
a. Right turn from eastbound lane on Main Street onto Paradise Drive.
b. Left turn from eastbound lane on Main Street onto Tiburon Blvd.
c. Left turn from westbound lane on Par~dise onto Main Street.
Through streets and stop intersections designated above shall be
goverened by the provisions of Section 7.l(a) and 7.l(b) of Ordinance No. 55.
Section 2. No Parking Areas.
The following portions of streets in the City hereinafter described
are hereby designated and established as No Parking Areas and shall be governed
by the provisions of Section lO.3(d) of Ordinance No. 55.
a. South side of Main Street in front of Number 1 and Number 5
Main Street.
b. South side of Paradise Drive thirty (30) feet easterly from
the intersection of the southerly lines of Paradise Drive and
Main Street.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tiburon held on
April 10
, 1967. by the following vote:

COUNCILMEN: Drohan, Fanning, Strawbridge, Hoffmire
NOES:
COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT:
COUNCILMEN: Bremer
