RESOLUTION NO.
148
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
AUTHORIZING THE FILING OF A PETITION FOR PERMISSION TO
ACCUMULATE APPORTIONED FUNDS PURSUANT TO STREETS AND
HIGHWAYS CODE SECTION 186.6, APPROVING A SPECIFIC PLAN
FOR THE EXPENDITURE OF THE FUNDS AND FOR THE ACCUMULATION
OF REQUIRED MATCHING FUNDS.
The City Council of the CITY OF TIBURON hereby resolves as follows:
1. That the CITY OF TIBURON file with the State of California a
Petition for Accumulation of Funds Apportioned pursuant to the provision of
Streets and Highways Code Sections 186.1 et seq. and the Mayor be and he is
hereby authorized and directed to execute and deliver such petition.
2. That the City Council does hereby approve the specific plan
Project No.7 (Tiburon's Project No. 67-P-lO) for the extension of Porto
Marino Drive from its terminus northerly to Trestle Glen Blvd.
3. That the City Council does hereby approve the proposed accumula-
tion budget set forth as "proposed funding" for said project in the Petition
for Accumulation of Funds and approves the accumulation of required matching
funds as set forth therein.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tiburon held on
May 8
, 1967, by the following vote;

COUNCILMEN: Bremer, Fanning, Strawbridge, Hoffmire
NOES:
COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT:
COUNCILMEN: Drohan
