RESOLUTION NO. 153
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 139 WHICH ESTABLISHED
THE ANNUAL SALARY PROGRAM FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1966-1967 ~
BY PROVIDING ADDITIONAL CASUAL POSITIONS.
lfHEREAS the City Council has approved the Summer Recreation Program
of the Parks and Recreation Commission which requires the employment of a
Director and certain aides;
AND WHEREAS the Annual Salary Program does not now provide for the
necessary positions;
AND WHEr~AS Ordinance No. 72 requires that each position shall be
separately provided for in the Annual Salary Program and permits amendments
to that program from time to time as the need may arise.
NOW ~ THEREFORE ~ BE IT P~SOLVED AS FOLLc.J.1S:
THAT Exhibit E~"Schedule of Unclassified Casual Employment for the
(1966-67) Fiscal Year" is hereby amended~ as shown on the attached Exhibit ''Eft
h~':'eby made a pnrt of Resolu.tion No. 139, so as to provide for the casunl
positions of Director and Recreation Aides.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tiburon held on
June 12
