P~SOLUTION NO. 154
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TIBURON DEFI!ITNG AliD ESTABLISH-
ING A NO PARKING AP~A ON }~IN STREET.
BE IT r~SOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tiburon as
follows:
Section 1. No Stopping Area
The Northerly side of Main Street between No. 42 and No. 16 is here-
by defined and established as a No Parking Area at the following times:
a. Between 7:00 a.m. Saturday and 10:00 p.m. Sunday all weekends.
b. Between 7:00 a.m. and 10:00 p.m. on all legal holidays.
This No Parking Area shall be governed by the provisions of
Sections 10.2 and 10.3 of Ordinance No. 55.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council of the City of
Tiburon held on
26 June
, 1967, by the following vote:
