RESOLUTION NO. ill-
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
ADOPTING BUDGET FOR EXPENDITURE OF FUNDS ALLOCATED
FROM THE STATE HIGHWAY FUND TO CITIES.
WHEREAS a master agreement has been executed by the City of Tiburon,
hereinafter referred to as the City, and the State Department of Public Works,
Division of Highways, hereinafter referred to as the Department, on October 29,
1964, for expenditure of State-allocated funds; and
WHEREAS a project statement has been prepared and was submitted to
the Department on May 23, 1967 showing the estimated expenditures of such
funds recommended to be made during the 1966-67 fiscal year; and
WHEREAS a budget approved by the Department on June 19, 1967 has been
presented to the City Council in accordance with the project statement submitted
by the City; and
WHEREAS the City Council has considered said budget, as approved by
the Department, and is familiar with the contents thereof;
THEREFORE, be it resolved by the City Council that said budget be
and is hereby adopted as the budget of expenditures recommended to be made fram
such funds during the 1966-67 fiscal year.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tiburon held on June 26, 1967, by the following vote:

COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT :
COUNCILMEN: Fanning
