RESOLUTION NO. 156
A RESOLUTION TRANFERRING GAS TAX MAINTENANCE MONIES
FROM THE GAS TAX FUND TO THE GENERAL FUND
WHEREAS certain monies, to wit $13,524.34, representing 2107 Gas
Tax Maintenance Funds presently disbursed to the City under agreement with the
Division of Highways of the State of California are encumbered for projects
now or about to be completed; and
WHEREAS, it is necessary to transfer these monies prior to the end
of the fiscal year to meet the aforesaid encumbrances in order that said funds
shall not revert in character to construction funds;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
THAT the sum of $13,524.34 be and is hereby transferred from the
Gas Tax Fund to the General Fund for the following accounts payable:
a. Overlay of Paradise Drive $5,501.76.
b. Paving and overlay Trestle Glen Boulevard, Belveron west and
Seafirth $8,022.58.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tiburon held on
26 June
, 1967, by the following vote:

COUNCILMEN: Bremer, Drohan, Strawbridge, Hoffmire
NOES:
COUNC ILMEN: None
ABSENT:
COUNCILMEN: Fanning
