A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TIBURON DEFINING AND
ESTABLISHING A THROUGH STP~ET AND STOP INTERSECTION
AT THE INTERSECTION OF HILARY DRIVE AND AVENIDA
MIRA FLORES.
The City Council of the City of Tiburon does hereby resolve as
fo llows :
Section 1. Stop Intersection and Trhou~h Street
The intersection of Hilary Drive and Avenida Mira Flores is hereby
defined as a through street and a stop intersection so as to stop traffic
north and southbound on Hilary Drive and shall be governed by the provisions
of Section 7.l(a) and 7.1(b) of Ordinance No. 55.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council of the City
of Tiburon held on August *4 , 1967, by the follOWing vote:
AYES: COUNCI~mN: Bremer, Drohan, Fanning, Strawbridge, Hoffmire
NOES: COUNeILMEN: None
ABSENT: eOUNCILHEN: None
