A P~SOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TIBURON ESTABLISHING A NO
PARlaNG AJ.'l.EA ON THE WEST SIDE OF PARADISE DRIVE FOR A
DISTAl~CE OF FIFTY FEET OPPOSITE 20P8 PARADISE DRIVE
The City Council of the City of Tiburon does hereby resolve as follows:
Section 1. No Parking Area
The westerly side of Paradise Drive for a distance of 50 feet oppo-
site 208V Paradise Drive is hereby defined as a No Parking Area and shall be
governed by the provisions of Article X, Section 10.3 of the Uniform Traffic
Ordinance for California Cities as adopted by Tiburon City Ordinance No. 55.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council of the City of
Tiburon held on
September 11 , 1967, by the following vote:

COUNCILMEN: Bremer, Drohan, Fanning, Strawbridge, Hoffmire
NOES:
COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT:
