~1HERE~S, pursuant to the prov1s10ns of Ordinance No. 59 of the
City of Tiburon, notice was duly given pursuant to the provisions of
Section 3 of said ordinance to the property owner of that certain real
property on the east side of Rock Rill Drive, Assessors Parcel 39-151-28
and 30, to show cause ~vhy the landslide on said property should not be
declared a public nuisance, and abated by action of the City of Tiburon,
and the cost of such abatement assessed upon said property, such costs
to constitute a lien thereon;

September 25, 1967,
AND WHERE~S, the matter duly crume on for hearing this date before
the City Council and the City Council has heard and considered all objections
and protests to the proposed abatement of said public nuisance;
&\ND WHZREAS, there were no objections and no protests to the said
abatement of said public nusiance;
Nrnil, THEREPOI'..E, BE IT RESOLVED:
The City Council of the City of Tiburon does hereby declare the
landslide on the east side of ~ock Hill Drive, Assessors Parcel 39-151-28
and 30 to be a public nuisance and hereby order the City Manager of the
City of Tiburon to :ake all necessary steps to immediately abate said
public nuisance following the expiration of the period allowed by law
unless waived.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tiburon held on September 25, 1967, by the following vote:

ABATENENT OF PUBLIC NUISANCE.

YOU ARE HEREBY NOTIFIED to appear before the Tiburon City Council on
25th day of September, 1967, at the City Hall, DO Nain Street, Tiburon,
California, at the hour of 3:00 o'clock, p.m., or as soon thereafter as
the matter may be heard, and show cause, if any if you have~ why that
certain landslide on your property on Rock Hill Drive, ~ssessors Parcel
39-151-28 and 30, should f$~,t be condemned as a public nuisance and
said nuisance be abated by its removal or correction of the slide
and why the cost of such abatement should not be assessed upon the
property from which the nuisance is abated, such cost to constitute
a lien upon said property until paid.
