RESOLUTION NO. 170
A RESOL~TION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
COMMENDING THE PLANNING COMMISSION ON THE OCCASION OF
THE ADOPTION OF THE FIRST COMPREHENSIVE ZONING ORDINANCE
OF SAID CITY.
WHEREAS the City has come to expect excellence of performance under
the most exacting standards in all matters relating to the efforts of the
Planning Commission of this City;
AND WHEREAS the special efforts of said Commission extending over
the past two years toward the evolution and adoption of said Zoning Ordinance
ere deemed deserving of particular commendation, the general excellence of the
services of the Planning Commission in all other respects notWithstanding;
NOH, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED' AS FOLLOOS:
THAT this City Council unreservedly commends the Planning Commission
for their dedication, unselfish service, unstinting contribution of talent and
enthusiastic civic pride applied to the achievement of our new zoning regula-
tions.
AND BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that this City Council does particularly
identify for the general appreciation of their fellow citizens the following
persons who are now or have been serving on the Commission during these most
