RESOLUTION NO.
171
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
CONMENDING THE TIBURON PENINSULA ADVISORY COMMITTEE FOR
ASSISTANCE.
WHEREAS the Tiburoll Peninsula Advisory Committee as the successor
organization to both the Tiburon Peninsula Coordinating Council and the Tiburon
Citizens Advisory Co~ittee has energetically and diligently advised and con-
suIted both the Planning Commission and the City Council of the City of Tiburon
during the extended project leading to the recent adoption of the first com-
prehensive Zoning Ordinance to be originated by th:s City;
AND WHEREAS said Tiburon Peninsula Advisory Committee developed ex-
tensive background material and research which was provided to said City Council
and said Planning Commission as aids and advice in the evolution of said ordinance;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOOS:
THAT this City Council does commend the:Tiburon Peninsula Advisory
Committee for its dedication to the principle of good zoning regulations for
this City and its continued enthusiastic help toward the successful adoption
of this major legislation.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tiburon held on
October 9

COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT:
