RESOLUTION NO. 177
RESOLUTION APPROVING BOUNDARY 1>IAP
WHEREAS, there has been filed with the City Clerk of
the City of Tiburon, Marin County, California, a map showing
the boundaries of El Marinero Assessment District No. 1967-1,
City of Tiburon, Marin County, California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of
the City of Tiburon, Marin County, California, that that certain
map entitled, "Proposed Boundaries of El Marinero Assessment
District No. 1967-1, City of Tiburon, County of Marin, State of
California," be,and the same is hereby, approved; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that a certified copy of said
boundary map herein approved shall be filed with the County Recorder
of the County of Marin, in accordance with the provisions of
Part 2, Division 4.5 of the Streets and Highways Code of the
State of California.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that th~ foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of
Tiburon, Marin County, California, at a regular meeting thereof,
held on the 11th day of December, 1967, by the following vote,
to wit:
