RESOLUTION NO. 179
RESOLUTION APPOINTING ENGINEER OF WORK AND AUTHORIZING
EXECUTION OF AGREE~ENT
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tiburont
County of ~larin, State of California that RHODES AND BURTON, Civil
Enginecrst be and they are hereby appointed as Engineer of Work
for the doing of all necessary engineering work and exercising
all of the engineering functions provided for under the provisions
of the Municipal Improvement Act of 1913 in connection,with the
improvements and acquisitions to be made in proposed El Marinero
Assessment District No. 1967-1, City of Tiburon, County of Marin,
State ,of California; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the employment of the
said RHODES AND BURTON shall be as provided in the attached agreement;
and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that the ~1ayor of the Ci ty of
Tiburon be authorized to sign, and the City Clerk thereof be
authorized to attest that certain agreement employing the said
RHODES AND BURTON as Engineer of Work for said Assessment District.

I HEREBY CERTIFY that the foregoing Resolution was
duly and regularly adopted by the City Council of the City of
Tihuron, Marin County, California, at a regular meeting thereof,
held on the 11th day of December, 1967, by the following vote,
to wit:
