HomeMy WebLinkAboutTC Res 1967-12-11 (6) RESOLUTION NO. 182 RESOLUTION ADOPTING SCALE OF PREVAILING WAGE RATES WHEREAS, the Ci ty Counc i 1 0 f the Ci ty of Ti buran, County of Marin, State of Califorriia, on the 11th day of December, 1967, adopted plans and specifications for the improvements and acquisitions to be made in EI Marinero Assess- ment District No. 1967-1, City of Tiburon, County of Marin, State of California; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Tiburon that said City Council has determined and established the general prevailing rate of per diem wages for each type of craft of workman needed to execute or perform the necessary work or improvements in accordance with the sched- ule appended hereto and described, "Schedule of Per Diem Wage Rates"; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said "Schedule of Per Diem Wage Rates" be, and it is hereby, embodied in the Notice Inviting Scaled Bids and all contract documents in connection with said work and improvement hereinabove described.
