A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
ACCEPTING FINAL MAP OF "A RESUBDIVISION OF LOts 2, 3, 4, 5
AND 6. MA P OF MARINERO. It
WHEREAS, a Final Map of A Resubdivision of Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6,
Map of Marinero, has been submitted to the City Council for approval; and
WHEREAS, the Administrator of the Department of Lands and ~provements
and the City Engineer have certified that said map complies with the requirements
of the State Subdivision ~~p Act and of Ordinance No. 51 of the City of Tiburon;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
That the map of Resubdivision of Lots 2, 3, 4, 5, and 6, Map of Marinero,
be accepted and approved for recording; and
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the offer of dedication of an easement be rejected.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That the Mayor and Clerk of the Tiburon City Council shall sign said
map on behalf of the City of Tiburon; and
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tiburon held on
January 8
, 1968, by the following vote:
