RESOLUTION NO. 197
A RESOLUTION CONSOLIDATING VOTING PRECINCTS,
APPOINTING ELECTION OFFICERS, FIXING POLLING
PLACES AND ESTABLISHING COMPENSATION FOR
ELECTION OFFICERS.
WHEREAS a general municipal election in the City of Tiburon has been called for April 9,
1968 in acoordance with the provisions of Section 36503 et seq of the Election Code of
the State of California;
AND WHEREAS Section 1618 and Section 22805 of the E~ection Code of the State of California
require that the City Council appoint election officers, establish polling places and do
certain other things apprppriate to the conduct of the aforesaid municipal election;
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLWS:
For the general municipal election to be held in the City of Tiburon on Tuesday, 9 ~pril
1968"there shall be three voting precincts consisting of consolidations of the regular
election precincts in the City of Tiburon established for the holding of State and County
elections;
That the polling places for the respective precincts shall be the places hereinafter
designated;
~nd that the persons hereinafter named are hereby appointed officers of election for
aeir respective voting precincts;
Voting Precinct: 1, comprising regular election precinct number 3301

PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the City of Tiburon held
on the 26th day of February, 1968.
