RESOLUTION NO.
198
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
REQUESTING PROVISIONS OF SERVICES RELATING TO THE CON-
DUCT OF AN ELECTION.
WHEREAS Section 22003 of the Elections Code of the State of California
provides that the governing body of any city may request the Board of Super-
visors to permit the County Clerk to render specified services to the City
relating to the conduct of an election; and
WHEREAS the City of Tiburon wishes to avail itself of certain speci-
fied services as provided;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the Board of Supervisors of Marin County is hereby asked to
permit the County Clerk to render to the City the following specified services
as they pertain to the municipal election to be conducted in this City
on the 9th day of April 1968:
1. Provide voter indices.
2. Provide current voter count by precinct.
3. Arrange for drayage of election booths, ballot boxes and other
similar election equipment.
4. Address and mail sample ballots and inserts as provided by the City.
5. Supply and mail polling place cards in conjunction with sample
ballots.

the City of Tiburon held on
