RESOLUTION NO. 205
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
AUTHORIZING THE SUBMISSION OF THE 1968 CITY STREET
DEFICIENCY STUDY.
WHEREAS Section 2156 of the California Streets and Highways Code
requires that on or before the 1st of May 1968, and each four years there-
after, the City submit a report setting for the progress made in the con-
struction or improvement of the City road system, and estimate of road or
street needs for the next five years and a projected estimate of such needs
for the next ten years; and
WHEREAS on 15 January 1968 the City Council authorized the City
Engineer to prepare such a report; and
WHEREAS said report is now presented to the City Council for trans-
mittal to the Department of Public Works of the State of California;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
THAT this City Council, upon advice of the City Engineer, does cer-
tify that the local master plan of roads and streets was followed in preparing
the road systems for the aforesaid study; and
THAT the aforesaid study attached hereto and made a part hereof is
hereby transmitted pursuant to the requirements of said Section 2156.
