RESOLUTION NO. 206
RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
ACCEPTING A GRANT DEED OF FASEMENT TO THE CITY OF TIBURON.
WHEREAS the Council of the City of Tiburon did budget in fiscal year
1967-68 the project for realignment of the City street at the intersection of
Tiburon Boulevard and Main Street; and
WHEREAS 6n easement over certain of the lands of Mr. "John Musso was
necessary to the construction of street improvements thereon; and
WHEREAS Said easement is more fully described as follows:
Beginning at the intersection of the northerly line of
Main Street with the southwesterly line of State Highway 131,
also known as Tiburon Boulevard, said point of beginning being
the most easterly corner of that parcel of land described in
the deed of trust from John Musso, Trustor, to Marin Title
Guaranty Company, Trustee, recorded June 12, 1961, in Book 1469
at P.age 310, Marin County Records, thence along said southwesterly
line N 53ol9'W 10.00 feet to a cusp, thence on a curve to the
right whose center bears S 3604l'W 8.816 feet through an angle of
56033145" a distance of 8.70 feet to said Northerly line of Main
Street, thence along said line N 70025' E 4.759 feet to the point
of beginning.
The parcel of land herein described being a portion of said
lands of John MUsso and containing 13.8 square feet as measured
by planimeter.
WHEREAS on April 10, 1968, a grant deed of easment was made to the
City of Tiburon by Mr. John Musso and the grant deed has been presented to
the City.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED:
THAT said grant deed is hereby accepted;
THAT the City Clerk is hereby instructed to record with the County
Recorder a copy of the grant deed of easement and a certified copy of this
resolution.

Tiburon held on May 13 . 1968, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEN: Drohan, Ellinwood, Fanning, Rice, Bremer
