HomeMy WebLinkAboutTC Res 1968-06-10 RESOLUTION NO. 209 A RESOLUTION ESTABLISHING THE ANNUAL SALARY PROGRAM FOR THE CITY OF TIBURON FOR THE FISCAL YFAR 1.968-1969 WITHIN THE FRAMEWORK OF THE PERSONNEL SYSTEM. WHEREAS Ordinance No. 72 requires that an Annual Salary Program be adopted for each fiscal year as a part of the Personnel System of the City of Tiburon; NGl, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOHS: 1. The Annual Salary Program for the fiscal year 1968-69 shall be those schedules attached hereto and made a part hereof, namely: ~ ~ Exhibit A - ~47.L'43t' .~~ -t.t Exhihit B - ~~~~i Schedule of Authorized Paid Positions for the Current Year. Schedule of Salary Ranges Applicable To Each Group of Employees and to Individual Authorized Positions. Exhibit C - Schedule Longevity and Merit Increments. Amendments to the foregoing schedules, or the addition of other schedules, is to be accomplished by resolution amending this resolution.
