RESOLUTION NO. ~
A RESOLUTION OF mE CITY COUNCIL OF 'mE CITY OF TIBURON
FIXING THE SAIARY OF THE CITY M\NAGER FOR THE FISCAL
YFAR 1968-69.
WHEREAS Chapter 2, Article II of the Muncipa1 Code requires that
the salary of the City Manager be fixed by resolution of the City Council,
heretofore accomplished by budget resolution;
AND WHEREAS the new-established personnel system provides separately
for salaries of all other employees of the City;
NOW, 'lBEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLOWS:
THAT the monthly salary of the City Manager for the fiscal year
1968-69 shall be $1,425.
~SSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tiburon held on
June 10
, 1968, by the following vote:

COUNCILMEN: Drohan, Fanning, Rice, Bremer
NOES:
COUNCILMEN: None
ABSTAINING :
COUNCILMEN: Ellinwood
ABSENT:
