A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TIBURON OF ITS INTENTION TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO.
9 N. S ., THE ZONING ORDINANCE, BY ADDING A "V"
COMBINING ZONE OVERIAY ON CERTAIN LOTS IN
RESIDENTIAL ZONES.
BE IT RESOLVED:
That the City Council of the City of Tiburon does hereby declare
its intention to amend Ordinance No. 9 N.S., the Zoning Ordinance of the
City of Tiburon, by adding, for the protection of views, light and air, a
"v" Combining Zone Overlay which would apply in addition to the regulations
governing in those lots in all Residential zonae, when deve1oped~ would: have
a.view of the City of San Francisco, the Golden Gate Bridge, Angel Island
J~nd such others as would, be determined.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED:
That a copy of this Resolution be filed with the Planning Comadssion
pursuant to Section 26 of Ordinance No. 9 N. S., and that public hearings be
held in accordance with applicable law.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the City Council of the City of
Tiburon held on Jcne 24, 1968, by the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmen: Ellinwood, Fanning, Rice
NOES:
Councilmen: None
ABSENT:
Councilmen: Bremer, Drohan
