HomeMy WebLinkAboutTC Res 1968-07-08 RESOLUTION NO. ~ A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 209, EXHIBIT liE", OF mE ANNUAL SAlARY PROGRAM FOR THE .CITY OF .TIBtJRON FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1968-69 BY PROVIDING FOR ADDITIONAL CLERICAL SUPPORT. WHEREAS the Municipal Code provides that employment and appointment of personnel can only be done within the framework of tbe Annual Salary Program; and WHEREAS it is found necessary and expedient to provide for occasional clerical assistance when critical workloads or other unforseeable circumstances require; and WHEREAS Eithibit "E" of Resolution No. 209. the Annual Salary Pro- gram for the fiscal year 1968-69 does not provide for such unclassified casual employment; NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: THAT Resolution No. 209 be amended by the substitution of the attached Exhibit liE" dated July 1, 1968 for the Exhibit "E" dated Mly 31, 1968 heretofore a part of said Resolution No. 209; and BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED that said Resolution No. 209 is further amended by the substitution of tbe attached Exhibit I~" dated July 1, 1968 for. the Exhib}.t . ''A" dated June 5, 1968 ,heretofore a part of said Resolution No. 209.
