A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF mE CITY OF TIBURON
FIXING THE RATE OF D\XES ON SECURED AND UNSECURED PROPERTY
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 1968-l969.
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tiburon did, on AU2Ust 26.
1968 adopt a municipal budget providing for revenues to be raised for the cur-
rent fiscal year, in part from a tax upon secured and unsecured property, and;
WHEREAS, said budget requires that the sum of $120.600
be raised by said tax upon property for general fund expenses, and;
WHEREAS, it appears that a tax of
.670
cents per each
one hundred dollars of assessed valuation of said property as it appears on the
current assessment roll will provide the required revenue for general fund
expenses, and;
NOW', THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLGlS:
THAT the tax rate for the fiscal year 1968-1969 upon secured and
unsecured property within the City of Tiburon should be and is hereby fixed
at

cents upon each one hundred dollars of assessed valuation.
