RESOLUTION NO. 220
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TIBURON CONSENTING TO ANNEXATION OF
CONTIGUOUS TERRITORY.
WHEREAS the Local Agency Formation Commission of Marin County,
California, has approved the transfer, from the City of Belvedere to the City
of Tiburon of that certain territory in Belvedere, hereinafter described,
contiguous to the City of Tiburon; and
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tiburon fiuds that such
transfer will be to the benefit of the City of Tiburon. ,
RESOLVED, that the City of Tiburon does hereby consent to the
transfer of said territory, described in Exhibit I~" hereunto annexed and
made a part hereof.
