THE CI'IY OF TIRURON FOR ThE FISCAL YEAR 1968-69 , BY
PROVIDUJG FOR AN ADVAi'ICEIiENT Iii RANGE OF AI! EijpLOYEE
I'JiEREAS Section 3-8 (b) of the liunicipal Code of the City of Tiburon
provides that an employee may be advanced in range of salary
payable by appropriate amendment of the Annual Salary rTOgram,
and;
LHEREAS, the City Council did, in the Municipal Budget for the
fiscal year 1968-69 provide funds for the advancement in range of
an employee, namely, Mr. Frank Brooks, Position No. 24;
NOW THEREFRORE BE IT RESOLVED AS FOLLO\<JS:
'IHAT Resolution No. 209, Exhibit "B", Group I -- Fmctional,
dated 6-26-68, be amended by the substitution of the attached amended
Exhibit "B", hereby made a part hereof, which Exhibit advances said
Frank Brooks from Range 11 to Range 12, effective 1 September, 1968

City of Tiburon held on
