RESOLUTION NO. 223
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF TIBURON DEFINING AND ESIABLISHING
A TEROUGH STREET AND A STOP INTERSECTION AT THE INTERSECTION
OF ACEIA DRIVE AND AUDREY COURT.
The City Council of the City of Tiburon does hereby resolve as
fo llows :
SKeTION 1. S TOP INTERSECTION AND THROUGH STREET
The intersection of Acela Drive and Audrey Court is hereby defined
as a through street and a stop intersection so as to stop traffic southbound
on Audrey Court and shall be governed by the provisions of Section 7.l(a) and
7.1 (b) of the Uniform Traffic Ordinance of the League of California Cities as
adopted by the City of Tiburon as Ordinance No. 55.

City of Tiburon held on September 23
, 1968, by the following vote:
