RESOLUTION NO. 1110
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TIBURON CREATING A "NO PARKING"
ZONE ON JUANITA LANE NORTHSIDE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON, that it is hereby
ordered as follows:
The following portion of Juanita Lane is hereby defined and established
as a "NO PARKING" area and shall be governed by the provisions of Section 23.1 of
the Tiburon Town Code:
1. On the North side of Juanita Lane, starting at the rear of Frank
Howard Building on the East side, and proceeding for a distance of
152 feet west.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a meeting of the Town Council of the Town of
Tiburon on September 3 , 1980, by the following vote:
