RESOLUTION NO. 1107
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TIBURON FIXING THE SALARY OF THE TOWN MANAGER
FOR THE FISCAL YEAR, 1980-81
WHEREAS, Chapter 2, Article II, Section 2-7 of the
Municipal Code requires that the salary of the Town Manager be
fixed by resolution of the Town Council;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town
Council of the Town of Tiburon does fix the annual salary of the
Town Manager for fiscal year 1980-81 at $37,296
PASSED AND ADOPTED, at a regular meeting of the Town
Council of the Town of Tiburon on September 3 , 1980, by the
