RESOLUTION NO. 1099
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN
OF TIBURON DECLARING THE STONE TOWER REPAIRS
AS A DAY-LABOR PROJECT
WHEREAS, in June 1980, bids were received for the
first phase of the Stone Tower repairs, and
WHEREAS, these bids were subsequently rejected by
the Town Council as they exceeded the available funding,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that that Town
Council of the Town of Tiburon, in accordance with Section
37905 of the California Government Code, does hereby
declare that the Stone Tower repairs project shall be
performed by Day-Labor under the immediate supervision of
Town Staff.
FURTHERMORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that in the event the
efforts for this motion fails, then the Town Engineer be
authorized to put this project out for rebidding.
PASSED AND ADOPTED, at a regular Council meeting
of the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon on July 2
1980, by the following vote:
AYES: COUNCILMEMBERS: Edelstein, Bergsund, Hanson, Rockey, Bass
NOES: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
ABSENT: COUNCILMEMBERS: None
