RESOLUTION NO. 1098
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE
TOWN OF TIBURON ADOPTING THE MUNICIPAL
BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 1980-81
WHEREAS, The Town Council now finds that the proposed
Municipal Budget, as amended, provides for all appropriate
municipal purposes and services within the current resources and
anticipated revenues for fiscal year 1980-81;
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that said budget is
hereby approved and adopted as the Municipal Budget for the
Town of Tiburon for fiscal year 1980-81, and all expenditures,
encumbrances, transfers and appropriations set forth therein are
also approved; and
FURTHERMORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that the Town Manager may
make adjustments between functions and activities within the
budget provided that no increases or diminishment in salaries
result other than that provided by by the Town's Personnel
System and Master Salary Program, and provided that no expenditure
or encumbrance contingent on contract, agreement, or other
engagement requiring approval of the Town Council shall be
made until such contract, agreement, or other engagement is
first approved by the Town Council.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town
Council of the Town of Tiburon held on July 2, , 1980,
by the following vote:
