A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL
OF THE TOWN OF TffiURON AUTHORIZING
THE RICHARDSON BAY REGIONAL AGENCY
("RBRA") HARBOR ADMINISTRATOR
TO EXERCISE CITATION AUTHORITY
AND ISSUE INFRACTION CITATIONS
WHEREAS, The Richardson Bay Regional Agency (RBRA), a Joint Powers Authority,
has been formed by the Cities ofSausalito and Mill Valley, the Towns of Tiburon and Belvedere
and the County of Marin for the primary purpose of protecting the environment of Richardson
Bay; and
WHEREAS, The RBRA has enacted ordinances which carry out the purposes of the
RBRA; and
WHEREAS, The RBRA has designated the RBRA Harbor Administrator to enforce said
ordinances including the issuance of citations for infractions in violation ofRBRA Ordinances
which include but are not limited to the violations listed in Exhibit 1 of this Resolution.

NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the Town Council of the Town of Tiburon
hereby authorizes the RBRA Harbor Administrator to exercise citation authority and issue
infraction citations on its behalf for violations of duly enacted RBRA Ordinance which include but
are not limited to the violations listed in Exhibit 1 of this Resolution.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Tiburon Town Council on March
3, 1999, by the following vote:
