RESOLUTION NO. 1097
A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TOWN OF TIBURON
CHANGING EFFECTIVE DATE OF ORDINANCE 183 N.S. (REGULATING
THE SALE OF BEVERAGE CONTAINERS)
BE IT RESOLVED that pursuant to the provisions of Section 7
of Tiburon Ordinance 183 N.S., as amended by Section 2 of Ordinance
207 N.S., Ordinance 183 N.S. shall not be enforced prior to July 1,
1982.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town Council
of the Town of Tiburon on June 18, 1980, by the following vote:
AYES:
COUNCILMEN: Edelstein, Bergsund, Hanson, Rockey, Bass
NOES:
COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT:
