A RESOLUTION OF THE TOWN COUNCIL OF THE TO~~
OF TIBURON AMENDING THE JOINT POWERS AGREEMENT
TO THE MARIN COUNTY MAJOR CRIMES TASK FORCE
WHEREAS, the County of Marin and the Towns and
cities of Belvedere, Corte Madera, Fairfax, Larkspur,
Mill Valley, Novato, Ross, San Anselmo, San Rafael, Sausalito,
and Tiburon have entered into a Joint Powers Agreementi and
WHEREAS, the Joint Powers agreement establishing
the Marin County Major Crimes Task Force does need attached
amendement as it relates to Marin County Workers' Compensati m
Fund Liability Insurance Program with respect to claims in
excess of $100,000; and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Town Council
of the Town of Tiburon does hereby approve said Amendment
to the Joint Powers Agreement.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the Town
Council of the Town of Tiburon on May 7 , 1980, by the
following vote:
