RESOLUTION NO. 687
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TIBURON ACCEPTING TARA HILL DRIVE
DRAINAGE IMPROVEMENTS
WHEREAS, Tara Hill Drive drainage improvements con-
sisting of installation of 15" RCP, 1 Manhole, 1 Catch
Basin, 1 Headwall Transition, Type "c" Concrete Lined Ditch,
Type "B" Concrete Lined Ditch, 1 Turning Structure, work
satisfactorily performed by W. R. Forde, 42 Industrial
Way, Greenbrae, California.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, ORDERED AND DECLARED
that such work be accepted by the City Council of the City
of Tiburon, subject to any provisions of the contract with
W. R. Forde, the work having been completed on November 13,
1974.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tiburon on November 25, 1974, by
the following vote:
