A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
TIBURON ACCEPTING A GRANT OF EASEMENT OF AN INTEREST
IN REAL PROPERTY FROM PATSY O'HARA WILSON
WHEREAS, PATSY O'HARA WILSON has tendered to the City of
Tiburon an executed and acknowledged Grant of Easement dated
November 7, 1974, conveying an interest in real property for
the purposes of constructing and maintaining storm drainage
facilities, to the City of Tiburon, more particularly described
in Exhibit A, attached hereto and made a part hereof;
THAT the City Council of the City of Tiburon does hereby
accept said deed and the City Clerk is hereby instructed to record
the same, together with a certified copy of this Resolution,
with the Marin County Recorder.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Tiburon held on November 12, 1974, by the following
vote:

GRANT OF EASEMENT
PATSY O'HARA WILSON hereby grants an easement to the CITY OF
TIBURON, a municipal corporation, for the purposes of constructing
and maintaining storm drainage facilities, on or under the follow-
ing described parcel of real property located in the City of Tiburon,
County of Marin, State of California:
A 10 foot wide strip of land lying Northwest of, parallel
with and contiguous to the common boundary line of Lot
No. 3 and Lot No. 4 of Pine Terrace Subdivision, as shown
on "Map of Pine Terrace," recorded in Book 11 of Maps at
page 28, Marin County Records, and extending from the line
of the right of way of Pine Terrace to the Northeasterly
line of a 10 foot wide Public utility Easement, as said
right of way and easement are shown on the above referenced
Map, excepting from said 10 foot wide strip of land that
portion now covered by the existing residential building
structure, and excepting from the space above the easement
that portion now covered by the roof structure of said
residential building.
