A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
CREATING A "NO PARKING" ZONE ON STEWART DRIVE
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON AS
FOLLOWS:
Section 1. NO PARKING AREA.
The following portion of Stewart Drive is hereby defined and
established as a "NO PARKING" area and shall be governed by the pro-
visions of Section 23.1 of the Tiburon City Code.
The easterly side of Stewart Drive between Virginia
Drive and Stewart Drive.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council
of the City of Tiburon held on October 28
, 1974, by the
following vote:
AYES:
COUNCILMEN: Aramburu, Ellman, Littman, Ross, Tayer
NOES:
COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT:
COUNCILMEN: None
