RESOLUTION NO. 677
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TIBURON ACCEPTING SLIDE REPAIR
NEAR 2020 PARADISE DRIVE
WHEREAS, slide repair located near 2020 Paradise
Drive, Tiburon, California, consisting of construction
of retaining wall including construction of sidewalk
and concrete portion of rail, work satisfactorily
performed by William A. Smith, 37 Barcelona Court,
San Ramon, California, 94953.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, ORDERED AND
DECLARED that such work be accepted by the City Council
of the City of Tiburon, subject to any provisions of
the contract with William A. Smith, the work having been
completed on June 7, 1974.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the
City Council of the City of Tiburon on September 23, 1974,
by the following vote:

COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT:

NOTICE OF COMPLETION
NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN by the City of Tiburon, a
municipal corporation in the County of Marin, State of
California:
1. That the work or improvement hereinbelow described
was completed on June 7, 1974 and accepted by Resolution No. 677
of the City Council of the City of Tiburon on the 23rd
day of September, 1974;
2. That the City of Tiburon, 80 Main Street, Tiburon,
California, is the owner of said work or improvement;
3. That said work or improvement was done and
constructed upon land owned by the City of Tiburon or
over which said City has an easement;
4. That the site of said work or improvement is as
follows:

5. That the name of the original contractor under
the contract for the performance and construction of
said work and improvement is:
William A. Smith, 37 Barcelona Court,
San Ramon, California 94593
6. That said work or improvement is described as
follows:
Slide repair near 2020 Paradise Drive
and reference is hereby made for a further description
thereof to the plans and specifications for said work or
improvement on file in the office of the City Clerk of
the City of Tiburon.
