A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
DESIGNATING ROBERT L. KLEINERT AND/OR MAURICE D. lAFFER-
TY AS AUTHORIZED SIGNATORIES FOR OBTAINING FEDERAL FINAN-
CIAL ASSISTANCE IN DISASTER RELIEF ACT (P.L. 606, 9lst
CONGRESS
BE IT RESOLVED: that the City Council of the City of Tiburon, california
hereby authorizes ROBERT KLEINERT, City Manager, and/or MAURICE D. lAFFERTY,
Chief of Police, to execute for and On behalf of Tiburon, California, a
public entity established under the laws of the State of California, this
application and to file it in the appropriate State office for the purpose of
obtaining certain Federal financial assistance under the Disaster Relief Act
(Public Law 606, 9lst Congress).
PASSED AND ADOPTED at its regular meeting of the City Council of the City
