RESOLUTION NO.. 673
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
k~NDING RESOLUTION NO. 650, BY ADDING EXHIBIT C-l.
Resolution No. 650 of the City Council of the City of
Tiburon is hereby amended by adding Exhibit C-l thereto, w~ich
said Exhibit C-l reads as follows:
"EXHIBIT C-l
SCHEDULE OF EDUCATIONAL INCENTIVE PAY
The following schedule of incentive pay is authorized
for the Police Department:
$25.00 per month for P.O.S.T. Intermediate Certificate
$50.00 per month for P.O.S.T. Advanced Certificates
The Chief of Police will determine eligibility and advise
the General Services Department upon changes to base pay.
SCHEDULE OF PREMIUM PAY
5% premium pay is authorized for that person serving in
the role of detective, and assigned to investigative
duties. II
Passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tiburon held on September 10, 1974, by
the following vote:
AYES:
Councilmen: Aramburu, Ell~an, Tayer
NOES:
Councilmen: None
ABSENT:
Councilmen-: Littman, Ross
