RESOLUTION NO. 669
A RESOLUTION OF THE CIIY COUNCIL OF mE CIIY OF TIBURON TERM-
ATING THE PUBLIC OFFICIAL BONDS
WHEREAS: The City of Tiburon's new multi-peril insurance policy
provides blanket coverage for all City employees and officials;
NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Ci ty Council of the Ci ty
of Tiburon does hereby terminate the public official bonds issued by
Fireman's Fund for the following City officials as of July 1, 1974:
Robert L. Kleinert - Bond #S0622097
Louise M. Mirata - Bond #S06l47707
Philemon Scott - Bond #S06l47708
Bruce Flanagan - Bond #S06259587
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Tiburon held on August 26, 1974, by the following vote:
AYES:
COUNCI~N: Aramburu, Ellman, Littman, Tayer
NOES:
COUNCI~N: None
ABSENT:
COUNCI~N: Ross
