RESOLUTION NO. 663
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
CITY OF TIBURON PROVIDING AUTHORIZATION
TO ENTER INTO A CONTRACT WITH THE STATE
PERSONNEL BOARD AND AUTHORIZING THE CITY
MANAGER TO EXECUTE SAID CONTRACT
WHEREAS, the City Council of the City of Tiburon
desires to enter into a contract with the State Personnel
Board for the occasional performance of technical personnel
services.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council
of the City of Tiburon approves and authorizes the City
Manager to execute said contract.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tiburon on August 12, 1974, by the
following vote:
AYES:
COUNCILMEN: Ararnburu, Ellman, Ross, Tayer
NOES:
COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT:
ALBERT ARAMBURU
