RESOLUTION NO. 659
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
CREATING A "NO PARKING" AREA ON TIBURON BOULEVARD
BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of
Tiburon as follows:
Section 1. No Parking Area
The following portion of Tiburon Boulevard is hereby
defined and established as a "NO PARKING" area and shall be
governed by the provisions of Section 23.1 of the Tiburon
City code:
The southerly side of Tiburon Boulevard for a distance
of 200 feet westerly from its point of intersection
with San Rafael Avenue.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Tiburon held on August 12, 1974,
by the following vote:
AYES:
COUNCILMEN: Ararnbur~, Ellman, Ross, Tayer
NOES:
COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT:
COUNCILMEN: Littman
