RESOLUTION NO. 648
A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF TIBURON
ESTABLISHING A POLICY FOR DESIGN REVIEW OF PUBTIIC PROJECTS
WITHIN THE SAID CITY
WHEREAS: The visual impact of property development and fabricated
improvements is of concern to the citizens of the City of Tiburon, and
WHEREAS: Public projects are a part of property development which
become a part of the visual scene, and
WHEREAS: A review of such projects by the Board of Design Review
is not now provided for.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that it shall be the policy of the
City Council of the City of Tiburon that all public projects having a sign-
ificant visual impact shall be submitted to the Board of Design Review for
assessement as to visual impact and recommendations prior to City Council
approval of said projects.
PASSED AND ADOPTED at a regular meeting of the City Council of the
City of Tiburon held on July 8, 1974, by the following vote:
